apartments at Phoenix are Section 8, and no resident pays more than 30%
of adjusted income. Studio and one-bedroom units are available.
This 30% of income includes a utility allowance. All units are individually metered with electric heat, air conditioning and gas hot water with solar panels assisting.
Phoenix was rented up in 1979 and has a 40 year mortgage through HUD. A resident staff member is on site. A dining and activity room welcome resident initiated activities and parties.

roof deck, wellness clinic, lobby with television, and enclosed courtyard.
Phoenix has a property manager, superintendent, 1 1/2 assistant superintendents
and housekeeper. The activities director works four days, the nurse
is present three days and resident services person two days
